Movies I am not gonna Missed

So, this is the 3rd day in Sibu. Life is as usual. washing the laundry, prepare meal for hubby. Today, walked to the mini shop. No chicken to cook. So, i bought the vegetable that hubby like to eat. Green leafy ones. Bought enough for 2 course. Lunch and dinner. After cooking, watched whole season of House - 2nd season. Today's is Cloudy so I didn't expect that the laundry to get dry soon. By the clock showing 12pm, expecting hubby to walk in that door and he came right through. we sat for lunch and seeing him eating with his hand is so fulfilling. Washed the dishes and went to rest on the bed.
He caught a nap and almost late to his afternoon shift. Kissed him goodbye and I continue with my routine.
I stumble on my old cross stitch set and started to work on it. Its kinda old but i really wanted to finished it this time.I worked on it the whole afternoon. I kinda lost track in time , when i realize it it 15 min to 5pm. wow. Time really passes fast.
I re heated the rice and the veges. Took a nice long bath and hair dried my hair. Hubby and I went to the delta Mall at Jln Pedada. when we reach there, the place is big but still new and not many shop opened yet. We have Sugarbun, KFC, Delta Shopping Mall, Cinderella, Full House, Popular Bookstore, Sony Display House, the biggest Lea Centre and many more. Nothing much interesting stuff to see. What you see you saw in Kuching. So, really its a bore.Anyway, both of our tummy were rumbling asking for food so we stop by at Farley Food Centre. I ordered the Pork leg Rice and hubby ordered the Fried Mee Hun. Side dishes were the 3 din sum for Rm10 and Sotong Sambal. We were so full and headed home.

2nd Jan 2011

We started early from Serian. 5am. It was drizzling and it stop at Sri Aman. My eyes wasn't really awake and slept the whole way to Sibu. However, I can still hear hubby talking the whole way. When I woke up, we are already at the road with lots of trees at each side. Simpang to Sibu. Passed the toll and reached house. It was a relive.
We unload the stuff, carries it to the second floor and re-arrange the bedroom. it was hard to imagine your room with the grocery and your toiletries. Imagine bedroom, toilet and kitchen in one room. But we manage to make is comfortable and homely. We hung the pictures we brought along.
We went out for a while to relax and went to Wisma Sanyan Shopping complex. Not much to see. Bought dvds Takers, Unstoppable and Death Race 2. Went to the PS2 shop to buy F1 game for hubby. Watched the whole movies and played the PS2 game. New year and New month at Sibu.

It's New Year 2011

Spent the New Year at Egat's House. Been a long time haven't hangout with him for a chat. Reach at his house by 9pm. BBQ pit with pork slices and pork ribs. With potato covered in cheddar cheese. Liman and Egat talked about Football - mostly Liverpool, Segi Annual Dinner, how Jo Jo losses his clothes and jumped into the pool. Typical Jo Jo. Last year, losses his shirt, this year losses his pants, next year - Naked. One thing about Segi is that favoritism is off the charts. if other staff would do the same, you would be getting a lovely letter from the HR. They talked about the trip they had together at Kapit - dangerous rivers and terrible hangover. Funny how he could talk easily about his past. They talked how religiously they spent both Gawai and Christmas at Kampung Taee. Saw fireworks from Egat's house. Not many this year. Lela wasn't around much too. Most probably because I'm not pregnant and she is. Went back to sleep at 3am.
And Voi'la. New Year 2011. We pack up our stuff for Sibu and it was a lot of stuff. I was wondering that maybe i migth have brought a lot of things un-neccessary to Sibu. We left to Kampung Kakeng by 4pm. On the way, hubby explain how Hollywood Kampung Taee can be. I was surprised. Coming from the neighbouring Kampung, and I still need to hear from the outsider to tell me Kampung community is not as far different from the town community. People are People.
After an hour drive, reached house. Relax for a while and mummy told me that there is a wedding in the kampung. All of us went. To our surprise, we had to wait 1 hour before eating. The reason was the discussion between in--laws was not over. They are still discussing on Nguai and it was really un-logical. We were reminded that we were lucky that we don't have to go through with this with our wedding.After that hour, we finally eat and greet the couple Congratulation. There was band playing, De' Alligator. There is cake cutting and pouring of the Champagne. wait! This wasn't an engangement, this is a Wedding. Sometimes, leaving amongst the kampung community really gave a great surprise. Either they are confuse between engagement or a wedding, i never really knew.
Went back around 9.30pm. Slept early cause early travel tomorrow.
